1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using Stylease, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
2. What Stylease is
Stylease is a personal wardrobe and styling app. It catalogues the clothes you own, records what you wear, and offers styling and purchasing suggestions generated with the help of AI. Those suggestions are opinions offered for your convenience — not professional advice, and not guarantees about fit, quality, value, or resale price. Every decision about what to wear, buy, keep, or discard remains yours.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Stylease. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us at hello@velorylabs.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Your content
Photographs of your clothing, outfit records, notes, and profile details remain yours. You grant Stylease a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the app for you: to identify items, generate recommendations, and display your wardrobe back to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it to advertise to you or anyone else.
5. AI-generated content
Item details extracted from your photos, outfit recommendations, purchase verdicts, keep-or-let-go assessments, and packing lists are produced by AI models and may be incomplete or wrong. Review anything that matters to you before acting on it. We may adjust, limit, or change these features — including any usage limits applied to them — as the app develops.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not upload content you have no right to share, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, use automated means to extract data from it, or use Stylease in any way that breaks applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Purchases and third parties
Stylease may reference stores or products you tell it about. We are not a party to any purchase you make from a retailer, and we are not responsible for third-party products, prices, or policies. Any paid Stylease plan is billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and cancellations are handled there.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Stylease is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its suggestions will suit you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velory Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Stylease — including purchasing decisions made in reliance on its suggestions, or items you sold, donated, or discarded.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Stylease at any time and delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings. We may suspend or end access to accounts that breach these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app develops. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the date above will reflect the most recent update. Continuing to use Stylease after a change takes effect means you accept it.
